We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device will show colours precisely.
All product descriptions, images and information are provided for guidance only and do not form part of the contract.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You are at least 18 years old
3. How the contract is formed
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
This does not mean your order has been accepted.
Your order is an offer to purchase a Product. A contract is formed only when we send a Dispatch Confirmation email.
The contract applies only to Products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation.
4. Products and availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change products at any time without notice.
5. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal only.
We do not store your payment card details. Payments are processed securely by PayPal.
Prices are shown on our site and may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times may vary due to stock availability or external delays.
We reserve the right to deliver to the billing address for security reasons.
7. Risk and ownership
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership of the Products passes once full payment has been received.
8. Cancellation and consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at enquiries@lullilu.com.
You must return the Products in their original condition and at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you will receive a refund excluding return postage costs
- If goods are faulty, you will receive a full refund including delivery costs
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text and design, is owned by or licensed to Lazy Dress Day Limited.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.
11. Liability
We will not be liable for any loss or damage unless it results from our breach of contract or negligence.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot legally be excluded.
