We will usually dispatch your order the same day unless otherwise indicated on the product page. UK and mainland orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class registered post which will require a signature on delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. 

Our delivery charges will show clearly on your "Bag" as you add the items. 

Deliveries within the UK: £4.99 would be for most items  

 

Delivery to the EU: £15.00                                 

Delivery to Rest of World: £20.00  

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email to advise you so. 

  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or would like to make an exchange. Simply return the items within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging and condition unworn with tags.    

Please contact us at returns@lullilu.com prior to returning your item within 7 days of receiving it for further instructions, including our return address. We will be happy to issue a refund for the item or exchange the item for you. Please allow 30 days for refunds. We regret that the costs of return will not be covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer (except where we confirm in writing that you were entitled to return the item to us as a result of a defect). We do recommend that you obtain a "Tracking number" from the Post Office evidencing the return of any item for you own use, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. All items must be returned using a registered "signed for" method. Items will only be refunded once received and returned in their original condition.  

  For any faulty item, please follow the return policy above.
